Catholic School Principal
Assumption Catholic School – Adams County, CO
Posted 1/21/21
Assumption Catholic School, located in Adams County, just north of Denver, Colorado, is seeking a principal for the 2021-22 academic year. Assumption currently serves 155 students in grades Preschool – 8; 95% of the student population is Catholic, and 83% is Latino.

Under the patronage of Our Blessed Mother, Assumption Catholic School's mission is to support parents in their role as the primary educators of their children. With intellectual excellence, we foster in our students a desire for wisdom and virtue and a love for truth, beauty, and goodness as we form disciples of Jesus Christ. Students know and joyfully live the truth revealed by God through nature and the Catholic Church.

Assumption Catholic School just celebrated its 100th anniversary of Catholic education. Founded by Italian immigrants, Assumption was blessed to have Mother Cabrini visit to teach catechism during her time in Colorado. As one of the oldest Catholic schools in the Denver metro area, Assumption is looking forward to another hundred years of faithfully handing on the Catholic faith to a new generation of saints who are formed in the perennial doctrines of the Catholic Church and capable of radiating the beauty of holiness to our times so that our youth can know, love, and serve God in this life and be happy with Him forever in the next.
